Guided verbally, you will move through a very gentle and slow sequence of movements, bring your attention inward, listen and connect to the wisdom of your body and to your wholeness.
The results will be an increased body awareness, less pain and tension, and a deeper understanding about how to move in a way that feels supportive.
You will be lying on a mat and follow the verbal instructions for 45 to 60 minutes. The movements are very slow and gentle – they make your brain work more than your muscles!
You will explore your inner landscape through movement, visualization and curiosity : what happens to your breathing when you start moving?
What are the patterns and habits present in your body?
How do you sense yourself on the floor?

We can explore specific positions (sitting, standing up, lying down) and themes (stress-release, breathing, neck tension…).
